Returns & Exchanges

At COTTONINK, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags attached within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and have all COTTONINK tags still attached.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and include the return form before shipping the package to our warehouse address provided in the confirmation email.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
